On May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force. The purpose of the GDPR is to ensure the protection of natural persons’ personal data. The Regulation distinguishes between general personal data and sensitive personal data.
Sensitive personal data is never processed by Hasseltornet. However, we may register the following general personal data about you and possibly your employees in our registers.

We treat the information confidentially and are only used in connection with sales and deliveries of materials and possibly services.

Use of Personal Information

When you shop from Hasseltornet AB, we may register your name, social security number, address, postal code, telephone number and e-mail address. No personal data is disclosed or sold to third parties.

If you want access to the information registered with you at Hasseltornet AB, please contact info@hasseltornet.se. If we have incorrect information or you have any other objections, please contact the same email. You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information has been registered about you and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Data Protection Regulation.
We will require identification to ensure that we do not disclose any information to the wrong person.

Protection of personal data

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, your personal data must be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal data on computers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities and our security is regularly checked to determine if our user information is handled securely, and always with your rights as a user in mind.

To the extent that personal data about you is processed, you have the right to know what personal information can be attributed to you under the General Data Protection Regulation. If it appears that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that these be corrected, deleted or blocked. You can object to the processing of data about you.
If we have obtained your consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw this consent at any time.
You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data about you. Complaints are submitted to the Swedish Data Protection Authority, see section 58.1 paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

What is a cookie

A cookie is a text file stored in your browser to recognize your computer on subsequent visits. Almost all websites use cookies. A cookie may contain text, number or, for example, a date, but no personal information is stored in our cookies. A cookie is not a program and cannot contain viruses.

How long are Cookies stored

All data is anonymous and cannot be linked to a single user.
